It is possible to achive the on-line monitoring for vacuum circuitbreakers and promote the continuous development of it.In this thesis, the subject involved in the detection of non-offline, had analyzed thedevelopment of this technology at domestic and abroad detailed in recent years. Summarizesthe deficiencies of the prior technology,propose a new improved scheme and designed aon-line monitoring for vacuum circuit breaker with wireless communication and remoteassistance maintenance device. Not only can improve the maintenance level of the circuitbreaker, and can update each characteristics about the circuit breakers without anybody. It ishas high scientific value and practical significance.Firstly, a brief introduction and analysis about the working principle and structure ofvacuum circuit breaker are introduced briefly in this thesis. On this basis, the hardware andsoftware of this monitoring device has been designed and gives the relevant circuitschematic and program flow. It also analyzed and promised the anti-jamming technique. Inthis paper, it selected the TMS320F28069as the core digital signal process chip anddesigned keyboard peripheral hardware interface circuit and display circuit. Selected ahigh-precision slip resistance displacement sensor as a data sampling unit, and designed asignal conditioning circuit. It also designed a wireless communication system based onGSM/GPRS and nRF technology, which could upload data to remote server for dataprocessing and preservation in real-time. After the completion of the hardware platform anddesigned PCB, written software programs for each functional module. Written the programto listen the TCP connection which using on the server side, it can preserve the data to thedatabase. The Web querying system designed based on PHP+MySQL, which canmaintenance at any other place in real-time. Finally, The designed device is tested in the testplatform and obtained the characteristic datum.Experimental results show that the monitoring device designed in this paper works welland stability and reliability are satisfactory. Test method is simple, feasible and has a higher accuracy. It can basically achieve the desired results. With the sensor accuracy is increasingand the development of the wireless communication, the network and electronic informationtechnology, the switch non-off-line test technology will also continue to improve and it willpush forward the development of intelligent appliances. |
