"Design Code for Protection of Structures against Lightning" GB50057-2010provides a formula for calculating the buildings expected number oflightning strikes, Calculated that the residential buildings expected number oflightning strikes is in the range of0.06times/a to0.3times/a, and the industrialbuildings expected number of lightning strikes which greater than or equal to0.06times/a need to take accident measures of prevention of lightning. Itprovides that external lightning protection system of building constructionconsists of three major components of air terminals, deflectors and groundingdevices, the change and stability of the soil structure resistivity values oftenaffect that the preliminary design of grounding electrode material and the length,the distance between cable and lightning rod, then flash line and the protectedbuilding structures in the mine engineering design and construction.In our country seasonally frozen soil changes with latitude and alpinevertical band, and the traditional ground fault detection is difficult to achieve dueto the presence of seasonally frozen soil, there is a big deviation in soilresistivity test data of frozen season and thunderstorm season due to thetransitions of the soil resistivity,It also impact on the construction, testing of communication equipment.Thus, for the phenomenon that the seasonally frozen soil resistivity can notaccurately measure, focus on the following studies:1. Collect soil resistivity theoretical foundation materials, analysis of factorsaffecting soil resistivity values, ratio analysis of test method to test soil resistivity.2. Through the theoretical analysis of soil resistivity, select the appropriatetest environment, test equipment and test programs to establish a seasonally frozen field real test model.3. Select the appropriate data processing software for measurement dataprocessing, establish correlation and regression relationship model of seasonallyfrozen soil temperature, moisture and frozen soil resistivity in different soilenvironments.4. In different soil environments, establish a relationship equation of frozensoil and unfrozen soil resistivity, the relation of frozen soil and unfrozen soilresistivity, and get the projection formula of seasonally frozen soil resistivityvalues.In this paper, through the measurement and analysis soil resistivity and otherparameters of the field real environment, get accurate calculation formula ofdifferent seasonally frozen soil resistivity, It provides the actual test data offreezing season frozen soil resistivity will closer thunderstorm season soilresistivity after the deal with the relational model, It provides reference value forthe design of lightning protection project and construction and test of the winterlightning protection grounding project.
