Research And Control Of Truck’s Cab Noise And Vibration Comfort

In recent years, more attention is paid to vehicle comfort, so the research of vehicle noise and vibration comfort is more and more important. In this paper, noise and vibration comfort of cab has been studied form experimental and theoretical based on a certain type of truck.First of all, the technology research of noise vibration control status at home and abroad been introduced and the cabin noise vibration mechanism are studied in this paper. Secondly, on the basis of theoretical research the cabin noise vibration test has carried out which mainly studied the cab noise transfer function performance, the cab sealing performance, acoustic package absorb and insulation performance and the transmission from a flip fixed point to the cab’s noise vibration performance. Finally, on the basis of the natural characteristics of cab steering system, dashboard beam assembly systems and powertrain mounting system has been studied based on the cab overall performance test.The possible improvement program for powertrain mounting system steering system and dashboard beam system has been put forward based on the above test analysis results. At last, the reasonable control measures have been put forward to control the overall performance of the cab noise and vibration.
