Wave affects sediment transport and submarine topography, which is also one of the most concerned difficulties in the practical coastal engineering. With the development of computer technology, numerical simulation technology gradually used more widely in coastal engineering. Great progress has been made in the study of suspended sediment numerical simulation both in China and abroad at present. Establishing numerical model which considering the interaction of wave and tide, analyzing numerical simulation of the hydrodynamic and material transport in relevant waters area, has great significance to marine engineering, coastal protection and environment protection. This article takes Dalian bay which most of the shoreline is artificial as research object, the wave radiation stress caused by wave filed is included into momentum equation of tidal motion and sediment transport equation, the calculation region was meshed in unstructured grid, and a2-D suspended sediment model under wave and current was established. Analyze the simulated results under the action of tidal current, normal wave, bad wave, we can arrive at a conclusion:by reasons of the wave height and period are small, the water depth of Dalian bay is relatively large, and there is no source of sediment around the bay, under the action of normal wave condition there is no noticeable change in the flow field, suspended sediment concentration, erosion and deposition of seabed at Dalian bay. However, under the action of bad wave condition, there has obvious change in the flow field, suspended sediment concentration, erosion and deposition of the seabed.
