Research On The German Passive House Design And Application Of Multilayer Residential Building In Dalian

Currently, addressing increasingly acute contradictions between resources, environment and economic development has become a serious challenge for the international community. During the period of "12th five-year plan", our country will strictly implement the mandatory energy efficiency standards to new buildings in cities and towns, and regenerate the existing building energy efficiency as the main content.To achieve the goals, our country should continue to explore and innovate in building energy efficiency, regeneration of existing building energy efficiency, renewable energy in building large-scale application, building energy consumption statistics, monitoring and evaluation system. And Germany in terms of energy saving building has been one of the leading enterprises in Europe, its rich experience and mature technology has been widely used in many fields, and was proved to have good economic benefits.Therefore, it’s particularly important to strengthen international technical exchanges and cooperation in terms of construction energy conservation and draw lessons from foreign advanced technology, management, and practical experience to speed up the development of building energy efficiency in China.Based on the above issues, this research aims at the problems of building energy efficiency in Dalian; take the city multilayer residence in the center of the city as the research object, and focus on the following aspects:(1) Introduced from two aspects of the development process and promotion experience of German passive house, promote knowledge communication in terms of building energy efficiency between China and Germany. It plays a reference role for reasonable planning and design and economy applicable technology to achieve energy saving and economic benefits goal in Dalian.(2) Through the current situation of residential energy-saving development in Dalian compared with passive house in Germany, conduct feasibility studies of German passive house in Dalian, and set up the German passive house drive plan, thus promoting residential energy-saving development in Dalian.(3) Create German passive house design strategies of multilayer residential building in Dalian, and the trial design practice and evaluation and optimization through the passive house planning package. Make the corresponding economic analysis compared with the Dalian65%energy-saving standards and provide reference for its energy saving effect of the design patterns.This research belongs to the architectural design and building technology research field. The content involves the long-term and sustainable development of the residence. Combined with the German passive house design method, conduct feasibility studies of German passive house in Dalian, and create localization design strategy. Hope can make up for the lack of theoretical research in the domestic, and play a role as a reference and guidance for the similar domestic research and practice.
