Producing Method And Paving Design Research Of The Sand-based Concrete Permeable Pavement Bricks

Permeable pavement can effectively reduce the risk of urban waterlog, relieve various ecological problems such as tension of urban water resources, urban heat island effect and rain island effect. Ander this circumstance, the permeable pavement research is done. Firstly, a new type of permeable pavement material i.e. sand base permeable bricks was carried out, and a kind of concrete sand base bricks was successfully prepared which can meet national industry standards in the physical properties and is also cheap in cost. Then the pavement design was analyzed, which aimed at the phenomenon that the current domestic permeable paving theory research is behind the practice. Finally, the structure of new permeable pavement was designed in Dalian. The main contents are as follows:(l)The feasibility of the method was studied to make high strength porous concrete sand base permeable bricks, which is taking cement as the only binder and baked sand in the desert as the main aggregate, adding a small amount of coarse aggregate and additives, reserving some permeable holes to guarantee the permeability of the bricks. Then Products were prepared for basic physical performance test such as compressive strength, permeability, water retention, and then product cost was estimated to analyze its application. Experimental results show that the compressive strength of more than half of the experiment groups excess60MPa and the average compressive strength of the group with the smallest compressive strength is34.9MPa which excesses the requirement of Cc30permeable brick in the Construction Material Industry Standard in China, and the pre-designed holes ensure the permeability of the concrete sand base bricks. Moreover, considering the comfortableness of pavement and preventing obstruction, the permeate holes were designed small in the upper and big in the lower. The cost of the develop product is mostly60-100Yuan/m2, so it has certain price advantages compared to like products and owns a good dissemination prospect,(2)Recently, permeable pavement has been used extensively in china, but most researches on permeable pavement were concentrated on materials of surface layer, and there is short of the study on the structure of porous pavement and theoretical analysis and design methods compatible with it. Through relevant paper reading, classification and common structure forms of permeable pavement were introduced. And then the basic principles, design parameters and process steps about the permeable pavement were summarized by analysis of the permeability mechanism. Finally, the two typical issues that structure damage and functional loss during the use of permeable pavement both at home and abroad were summarized, and then the reasons were analyzed to put forward some responses.(3)Taking Dalian as the study area, with reference to the research trials and permeable pavement design analysis results, pervious pavement structure were designed in Dalian and a new type of pervious pavement structure was put forward. It supplies some assessments and references for the application of pervious pavement in Dalian.
