The number and type of airborne electric equipments continue to increase, quantity is also increasing. Now most of the mainstream fighter use AC/DC hybrid power supply, and static converter is usually under the condition of the generator to hold as an airborne AC power to the aircraft power supply,so the quality of static inverter power supply directly affect the safety and stability of the aircraft. Airborne static inverter has high conversion efficiency, stable performance,small weight and small size, it is suitable for used as an airborne equipment, and has been widely researched and used.Airborne switch power is developing in the direction of the high frequency and integration, only to realize the high frequency can reduce the weight and volume of the converter. Improve the switch frequency and improve the efficiency of the conversion circuit, but at the same time to consider is how to reduce the switching loss. Resonant converter is core part of the resonance unit, when he worked in the resonant current and voltage cycle to zero, thus to reduce losses in the circuit. Series parallel resonant converter is presented in this paper the research process, the series parallel resonant converter in the way of working is analyzed under different working frequency, and discusses the main features of the converter. Including dc voltage gain characteristic, the condition of zero voltage switch and the normalized input impedance of the resonant network. Resonance parameters on the effect of the converter are analyzed, and the design method of the parameters is given, so as to realize the goal of reduce the switching loss.The flyback type straight converter simple structure, easy to multi-channel output, is suitable for small power occasion. This paper introduces the working principle of the flyback straight converter and its working characteristics, designed the120W/270VDC in DCM flyback mode and CCM mode order tube and double tube flyback, and four prototype for the designed a detailed analysis of the loss. Experiments showed that work DCM mode of double tube flyback circuit has the highest efficiency, the working efficiency of the single tube CCM minimum, mainly because of work in DCM mode of transformer core and winding circle number smaller transformer’s iron loss and copper loss both decrease, the converter efficiency is also improved, which are consistent with the results of the basic theory. Visible, under the situation of high frequency high voltage, transformer how to design is particularly critical. This paper also studied the influence of parasitic parameters on the flyback transformer, by improving the winding is discussed to control the parasitic parameters of transformer winding way method, so as to realize the purpose of improving the efficiency of the flyback straight converter.
