| In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization, the urban space graduallychanges from single-center to multi-center, the location of the edge of urban areas of thepast gradually transforms from the edge areas to the center of the city, thus shows somefeatures of faster changes and more complex contradictions than general marginal zones,this area is called the Urban Inner Fringe Area in the Influence of Urban SpaceReconstruction.The research focuses on a specific urban area, and based on the study, analyze andsummarize of the related theories and research achievements at home and abroad, in thisthesis we proposed four major characteristics and eight major types of the land use in thearea creatively, and cut in from the macro and micro perspectives, to explore the fiveimpetus factors that influence the land update of the transition zone of urban edge. Then,we take Changqing area in Hefei as an example, and combined with the results of theprevious analysis, we explore the characteristics, types and impetus of the land renewal ofthis area, and summed up the eight dilemmas that need to be improved of this area. Finally,we explore the update demands of the perspectives of function, space and policy accordingto the existing problems, and proposed update strategies and a "three-build" proposal on theland renewal.In summary, through the use of historical research method, systems analysis method andcase studies method, this thesis combs the context of the development of the edge of urbanareas in our country, and indicates the urgent need in the land renewal of the edge of urbanareas that influenced by the reconstruction of the urban space which appears in thedevelopment of big cities, and presents specific operation strategies with actual cases assupports, guides and facilitates the land renewal research of the edge of urban areas thatappears in the rapid urbanization in our country in a theory combined with practical way. |
