In recent years, China’s construction industry has a rapid development, design andconstruction technology of high-rise building structure is becoming more and moremature. For the upper structure design of high-rise building, we should first makeclear the fixed end position. The basement of lateral stiffness and ground first lateralstiffness ratio is an important parameter block, the fixed end of the selected however,considering the constraint effect of backfill with and without considering theconstraint effect of two kinds of back filling, our specification of the provisions of theratio of different. This paper mainly explores the role of structure constraints ofbackfill stiffness ratio, cycle, lateral displacement and the upper structure of blockeffects of solid position selection. The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly, with the main structure of the high-rise building basement:(1) Without considering the constraint effect of backfill soil, compared to fourdifferent stiffness ratio of the model: the basement lateral stiffness and ground firstlateral stiffness is greater than2, the upper structure of the fixed position desirableroof in the basement.(2) Considering the backfill restraint, comparing four different stiffness ratio of themodel: lateral basement lateral stiffness and ground first stiffness ratio is greater than1.5, the upper structure of the fixed position desirable roof in the basement.(3) Effects back constraints on the structure of soil lateral displacement constraints:back filling to reduce the structural lateral displacement; with the enhancement ofbinding backfill soil, its influence on the structure of the smaller lateral displacement.(4) Effects of backfill restriction on the structure period: by comparing variousmodel confirmed backfill constraints reduce the structural period.The second study with expanding the basement of high-rise buildings:(1) The effective range by adjusting the number of spans of the basement stiffness,lateral expansion affect the main part of the structure of21m range of structuralstiffness.(2) The main difference between the structure of basement roof and expand thebasement roof on lateral stiffness of the structure: the smaller impact on both theelevation on the lateral displacement of structure.
