Coupling is important transmission torque of mechanical transmission parts, in order toimprove coupling properties and improve its working reliability and working life, need moreaccurate measurement on their characteristics, coupling performance test-bed is couplingperformance of automatic testing platform.Describes the coupling performance test-bed system research and design, including systemdesign based on hardware and software design principle of the system and the system work.Gives the test bench testing parameters and technical indicators, also introduced to meet theseindicators to ensure that key technical methods, pressure control and temperature control methodsthe coupling performance test bench of the working principle of the hydraulic system of the oilcylinder of coupling performance combination is different, have different load torque. Byelectro-hydraulic proportional relief valve, pressure sensor and computer constitute a closed looppressure control system, the pressure in the different hydraulic cylinder into the role of the areaconstitutes a continuous adjustable load torque.For coupling, basic parameters in the process of performance test and the test process,designs the coupling performance test-bed, this paper introduces the working principle ofhydraulic control system, the performance test bed is presented by the electro-hydraulicproportional relief valve, pressure sensor, and the mathematical model of pressure closed-loopcontrol system consisting of computer and its SIMULINK simulation results, the dynamicresponse in the system using PID controller system for correction, after a lot of simulation test toget a better PID control parameters, according to different loading ways corresponding PIDcorrection parameters are given, and draw out the dynamic response curve after correction.More papers theoretical results and practical coupling performance of the designed testbench test data, the experimental results can be fully proved, the coupling performance of the testbench design can satisfy the requirement of coupling performance test.
