Research And Development On Film Packaging Technology Of Locomotive Spring Line

With the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway, locomotive spring is as one of the key parts for rolling stock, whose development is gradually increasing. At present our country locomotive spring production enterprises mostly take the manual packing method, which exists many defects such as large labor intensity, low productivity, unstable product quality. This paper which choose the locomotive spring as the research object and being based on the existing coating process and packaging machinery, study the locomotive springs coated packaging process and technology, to provide an initial technical research and technical support for the locomotive springs automatic packaging lines.This paper took the transport packaging and storage requirements of locomotive spring as the foundation, and combined with the locomotive spring enterprise actual production capacity and actual plant, maked the production capacity and the main technical indicators for packaging production line of locomotive spring, and chalk out the project of locomotive spring packaging line.The hierarchy model of the9main factors that affect the package level of locomotive spring was established based on AHP. By comparing the different factors, This paper establish the wrapping process selection matrix based on the weight of each judgment matrix, and finally calculated the comprehensive weight:the scheme of cuff wrapped package process was the highest, the scheme of stretch wrapping process is secondly, the comprehensive weight of wrapping process is the lowest. According to the above analysis result, cuff wrapping wrapping scheme is the best choice of locomotive spring coating process.Based on the tensile test, thermal shrinkage test, the price comparament, the shrinkage temperature test, packaging random vibration test and packaging drop test of three films PE, PVC, POF, finally this paper selected PE heat shrinkable film for locomotive spring packaging, because of its good aspect on the mechanical properties, thermal shrinkage properties and mechanical applicability.In the premise of meet the packaging requirements of locomotive spring, this paper which was on the basis of the cuff type automatic packaging machine, proposed an "U" type horizontal automatic packing way for locomotive spring. The design of locomotive spring coated work unit was completed by Autocad software. At the same time, the whole3D model of spring coating machine was established by the Solidworks software.
