With the development of The Times, is suitable for the disabled sports activities gradually caused the attention of people. Given sport assisted wheelchair, can make the body has the condition of less than one can also feel good and normal life, also gives them a total opportunities present themselves.The so-called wheelchair basketball is to the body of the lower limb disabled people using wheelchair instead of legs, special basketball on the playing field for competition. Because of the moving characteristics of basketball wheelchair, have lower limb disabled people can use this to undertake appropriate outdoor sports. The basketball wheelchair is used by more and more disabled people. For athletes participate in wheelchair basketball, wheelchair is indispensable instead of walking tool, and this project is a strong antagonism sport, often occur collision between the wheelchair, and has the potential of tilting and even lead to the injury of athletes. Based on the motion of the basketball wheelchair security, balance and comfort or not involving ergonomics factor is particularly important. This paper and its use on domestic wheelchair users a wide range of investigation, summarizes several main failure forms of basketball wheelchair envisioned for car body materials and axle bending form, the redesign and vehicle joint position of the center of gravity of anticollision ring such as the improvement on the car body structure integration solutions, and verified by finite element analysis software such as computer to calculate the reasonable reliability optimization.
