Application Study On The Road Perofrmance Of Salt Anti-freezing Asphalt Mixture

In winter, the highway asphalt pavement snow ice would cause serious damage to roadsafety, seriously restrict the development of the transportation industry, brought inconvenience topeople’s production and living. Therefore, how to take effective measures to guarantee the winterfreeze roads open and safety, reduce the traffic accidents, improve the highway operationalefficiency,has become an urgent solved problem to the road workers. Since the traditional snowand ice removing methods has low efficiency and caused serious impact to road environment,this paper based on the analysis of domestic and foreign materials to research the anti-freezingasphalt mixture road performance with automatic anti-freezing snowmelt salt (V-260andMFL),including raw material specifications, design of mixture proportion, road performance andthe key construction technology.Based on the ordinary asphalt mixture added salt materials, mix up the V-260directly withthe asphalt mixture, with the equivalent volume displacement methods, alternate the partial ortotal ore with MFL directly mixed the asphalt mixture. Based on the Marshall test, target porosityas the key control index, research the design of salt anti-freezing asphalt mixture proportion, andput forward the needing attention in the mixture design, includes the moisture-proof measures,molding temperature and adding order. Based on the asphalt mixture test methods, the asphaltmixture road performance change rules with different anti-freezing salt is comparatively studied.Through the environmental test of two kinds salt, the results show that the environmentalperformance of V-260is greater than MFL.Finally, based on the results of indoor experiment, through the entity road engineering, theconstruction technology of two salt anti-freezing asphalt mixture is comprehensive summarized,and the results of two salt anti-freezing asphalt mixture road performance are good.
