Rotor-bearing system is an important part of the large rotating machinery, such as aeroengine, steam turbine, compressor and turbine, whose dynamic characteristics decide working performance and structural safety of the rotating machinery. As a result of many complicated factors, for example, rotating speed, centrifugal force and bending moment, torque load, bearing stiffness, gyroscopic and size effect, dynamic research of rotor-bearing is not accurate to solve by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, it must be combined with physical experiment research. There is a big limitation by using the prototype to test in engineering practice, the complexity of the prototype determines the feasibility of the complete geometry similar model test, therefore, the research on rotor-bearing system similarity modeling method not only has important academic value, but also has implications for rotating machinery industry development.Similarity theory in the rotor-bearing system plays a key role in the design of model, but modeling design method is usually used in the rotor-bearing system model design. In this paper, Modeling design method is defined that designing the simplified scale rotor-bearing system model that is similar to dynamics characteristics of the prototypeAn aeriengine double rotor-bearing system as the research object in this paper, to the components of the rotor-bearing system, such as shaft, disk and bearing (rolling bearings), similar design method is proposed. First of all, a similarity model design method of complicated shaft is proposed based on the critical speed sensitivity of the rotor-bearing system to its parameters; Then, the rigid disk divided standard is used in the design of disk structure of the rotor-bearing system, and the dynamic similarity relation of bearing (such as rolling ball bearing, cylindrical roller bearing) is derived, valided and applied.
