The content of this paper is to measure the larger oil mist particles flowing through the chink before and after, under different operating parameters and the motor rotation parameters. On the measured experimental data analysis and processing, defining different operating parameters and the motor rotation parameters the specific impact on the larger particles of oil mist.In this paper, through access to a large number of relevant literatures, outlines the two-phase flow model and basic equations. Then the movements of oil mist particles were analyzed based on two-phase flow. It provides an overview of the measuring technique about the oil mist particles size. Through comprehensive comparison of various factors, select CLY-2003laser particle size distribution apparatus to measure the oil mist, which measuring principle is based on the theory of Fraunhofer diffraction and Mie scattering. In order to study the behavior about oil mist particles through the annular chink, with the relative circumferential movement, designed and built a test bed. Through the experiment, received a large number of valid data, and then using MATLAB software polynomial fitting for the experimental data, obtained the corresponding curve, and defined the working conditions on oil mist the particle size of situation.Processing of experimental data analysis, the motor rotation state, the oil mist flows through the chink after the change in particle size is greater than when the motor is not rotating. When the inlet flow rate in the4-8m3/h range, the oil mist size with inlet flow rate increases smaller than this range had no effect. As the oil mist inlet pressure decreases, the oil mist particles flowing became larger after through the chink; with the oil mist inlet pressure decreases, degree of particles change became larger, and magnitude of changes is very smooth and linear.
