Crane machinery is one of the special machinery equipment and when accident it could cause serious consequences. There are a large number of property damage and personal injury accidents because of the improper maintenance. So the most important in the maintain is to choose the best way to achieve the most economical and reliable maintenance service effects. Based on the analysis and comparison the current mode of crane machinery and the the development process of equipment maintenance mode,this thesis choose the popular equipment maintenance approach: Reliability-centered maintenance.This thesis combined AHP and Monte-Carlo simulation to find the important parts of Crane machinery, then combining FMEA and FTA analysis to find the failure mode and effects analysis of key components, and established FMEA analysis form of important parts.Crane machinery’s structure is complex and the way of maintenance is subjectivity and ambiguity, so this thesis put forward fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach base on Monte-Carlo simulation. First using AHP calculate the maintenance mode selection weights, establish prioritization of various factors, then using Fuzzy judgement action establish the evaluation model of the applicable degree to maintenance of way.last, using Monte-Carlo simulation chang the weights of each factor at the same time, statistic the order of application of each maintenance mode. Then determine the best way of maintenance base on the probability of repair method appropriateness. This way need less subjective data, and increasing the robustness of applicable ranking, reduce the influence of subjective judgments, and achieve the applicable evaluation of which way is the best to the girder.This thesis established the brake’s maintenance model in the limited working hours do not fully repair for the work characteristics of Crane machinery. Then calculate the optimal maintenance interval cycle of brake base on the economic principles and availability guidelines, and using absolute comparative method of fuzzy decision calculate the best combination of detection interval under the two types of criteria, and test while the detection interval meet the reliability requirements of the brake. This thesis establishment the Condition-Based Maintenance model of main beam, we need know the equipment’s failure distribution form and distribution parameters. Frist using Bayesian approach estimated the time meetting the distribution form and distribution parameters from starting to potential failure, then estimated the time from potential failure to malfunctions. And established the model of the first detection interval and duplicate detection interval, and calculate the best detection interval base on the minimum maintenance costs, maximum availability and meetting the demand of reliability.
