| In recent years,with the continuous development of electrical control technology,the traditional mechanical axis transmission becomes more and more difficult to meet the requirements of modern system for high precision,low loss and easy maintenance.Thus,the shaftless transmission technology which uses electric instead of mechanic has caused more and more attention and becomes more and more common.The nature of studying shaftless driving system is the control strategy and algorithm of the multi motors synchronous systems.At the same time,the key technology of shaftless transmission system,namely the electronic cam,also plays a critical role.In the comparison between the current domestic and foreign development status,combined with the actual production requirements,in the foundation of collecting large amounts of data,this paper attempts to analysize and research the shaftless system from the two above aspects, and to seek more suitable control methods.In the control algorithm of multi motor synchronous,this paper not only build the complex mathematical model for the multi motor driving system,and carry on the analysis of structure and formula from the theoretical point of view,but also simulate by using Simulink simulation platform based on the modeling.Besides,this paper analysizes the influence of different parameters on the stability and anti-jamming of system based on the premise of the ideal simulation output.The acceleration feedback was introduced on the basis of traditional virtual axis in this paper,and the simulation outcome proves that the performance of synchronization has been improved owing to the acceleration feedback.For the electronic cam,the spline interpolation algorithm of numerical analysis field is introduced in the calculation of cam curve interpolation. The paper not only describe the detail formula derivation and simulation images of the interpolation algorithm,but also build an experimental environment which combines industrial servo platform,and gives parts of hardware circuit diagrams and software flow charts of the electronic cam experiment.The outcome shows that the combination of spline interpolation and servo platform can greatly improve the accuracy of electronic cam,and the error can be basically stable within1°... |
