People’s physical fitness is related to the quality of drinking water, with the aggravation of the pollution and drinking water standard strictly, how to remove contaminants to ensure drinking water safety has become a hot problem in the water treatment technology. Natural organic matter is the precursor content of water disinfection by-products, and humus is the highest natural organic matter in ground water content.This paper chooses Coagulation Microfiltration processing humic acid of drinking water, through the water temperatureã€pHã€humic acid concentrationã€coagulating agent concentration〠coagulating agent types to investigate the influence of removal efficiency of humic acid and turbidity and the iron ion residues. Using the orthogonal test method to analysis of these factors’ best scheme and influence incidence of the removal efficiency of humic acid and membrane fouling, to analysis the mechanism of membrane fouling, the main conclusions are as follows:Without coagulant to membrane filtration directly, humic acid removal was only12.8%, but after coagulant, it could reach more than90%.The different influence factors has different impact factor Trend. Water temperatureã€humic acid concentration has the proportional relationship to operating effect, but pH is opposite, the higher pH,the worse operating effect. The coagulating agent concentration’s influence is not the linear relation to the operating effect, when the dosing quantity is0.6mmol/L, the operating effect was the best. The humic acid removal efficiency of ferric trichloride is higher than PFC, so does the iron ion residues and turbidity removal.The removal efficiency and membrane pollution degree of coagulation-Microfiltration MF is related to the floccules after coagulation in a certain extent, different floccules come to the different sludge cake. The smaller particles adsorbed on the membrane surface, the thinner gap between particles, and sludge cake becomes denser, the membrane resistance is stronger. Under these circumstances, the size of particles through membrane is smaller, and the smaller particle size tends to produce more serious pollution to membrane hole.Through the orthogonal test analysis we can known, in the four influence factors of coagulation-Microfiltration MF,coagulants additive concentration on process of humic acid removal efficiency has the most powerful impact, next are pH and humic acid concentration, the last is the water temperature. The best process operating conditions:humic acid concentration is6mg/L,water temperature is10℃,pH is6,coagulating agent concentration is0.6mmol/L,in this combination condition can catch the highest removal efficiency. The best process operating of Jt/J0:humic acid concentration is6mg/L,water temperature is20℃,pH is 6,coagulating agent concentration is1mmol/L. |
