Along with the rapid expansion of urban scale, the pressure of urban traffic grows day by day. So, the main way to relieve the pressure of urban ground traffic is that a lot of overpass Bridges were built to develop the three-dimensional transportation. But because of all sorts of reasons,the accidents of the overpass piers being crashed by the car are nothing new,which not only caused enormous damage to piers and bridges,but also have serious consequences on people’s lives and property which will bring about irreparable loss to the social economic development.At present,the studies on Vehicle-Bridge Collision are quite lack at home and abroad,especially for the country is still in its initial stages.The Vehicle-Bridge Collision is mainly divided into the collision to the upper part and the lower part of the bridge piers.The collision is a kind of complex and nolinear process of dynamic response between the vehicle and pier at moment with enormous load. So it is hard to build a exact mathematical model for resolution because of involving many subject.And why it could not put into effect due to it is costly on impact test.But which could solve all the problems is the computer with emulation technique of finite element.As countries of the overall implementation of the highway system, our country highway to the northwest, north of China and northeast west began to extension. Most of these areas in arid and semiarid areas, the climate is dry, the ground evaporation intense, saline soil are widely distributed. Due to the particularity of saline soil engineering properties, in these areas, build up the highway often appear salt expansion, pumping, dissolve trap and corrosion disease, the existence of these diseases seriously affects the service level of the highway facilities and service life, the highway operation and safety produce the serious influence. And in saline soil area, build up the highway has been a difficult problem, at first people to saline soil engineering characteristic does not have the profound understanding, and of highway design index, the requirements of the construction technology is also lower. But with the development of highway in our country, in order to make the highway have safe, comfortable, efficient characteristics, people gradually began to summarizes and studies the saline soil in highway disease types, the saline soil engineering characteristic and analysis of saline soil in the production mechanism of highway diseases. Only thorough understanding of saline soil engineering properties, can effective use of saline soil, scientific control saline soil diseases, economical maintenance highway engineering facilities. In this paper XinFu highway concrete situation, at the conclusion of the existing research results for reference, on the basis of engineering characteristics in saline soil salinization and soft soil subgrade treatment countermeasures study.This paper taking shanxi XinFu highway second contract period of saline land section for experimental study based on engineering, in view of the saline land section of the engineering characteristics and roadbed stability technology to develop test research, this paper research content is as follows:of shanxi saline soil of the basic characteristics and distribution law is a preliminary investigation, through the indoor test research of the basic physical properties of saline soil, this paper analyzes the engineering characteristic of saline soil.combined with typical saline soil sections for disease analysis, according to the engineering characteristic of saline soil from theory analysis saline soil in highway subgrade of disease mechanism. based on engineering test section of soft soil salinization special engineering geological condition and the client’s requirement, put forward is feasible in technology, economic and reasonable foundation treatment method of high sulfate cement-soil deep mixing pile foundation treatment method, from the theory and indoor and outdoor tests and analyzes its feasibility, and will study the comprehensive results into the actual engineering, and in the application of continuous improvement, in order to make this kind of technology can be widely used in saline soil.
