Distributing device distributes the sintering mixture mixed to platform of sintering machine in course of sintering according to production technology requirement.Distributing quality will effect directly allumage condition;of charge level,consumption of coal gas and burn-up of solid,and will effect the quality of finished sintering ore product.According to process requirements and equipment condition about distributing device,the thesis establishes the control program of micro-adjusting hydraulic system about distributing draw-gate.The control of distributing draw-gate is drived by hydraulic cylinder;the design is done that hydraulic system adoptes electro-hydraulic servo valve of three-way with dissymmetrical cylinder to control draw-gate position. Specifications and types of the main hydraulic components are determined and mathematic model of servo system are finished at the same time.A integral separated PID control strategy was designed.Control system was simulated and analyzed by MATLAB/Simulink.The analysis of system was of many aspects such as response curve in time domain and Bode diagram in frequency domain,and dynamic characteristics and stability was analyzed and calculated.The result proves that the system operates smoothly and responses quickly,and it meet distributing draw-gate the process requirement of start-stop in time and distributing smoothly,uniformly.The thesis state a measuring method for hydraulic oil bulk modulus.It was finally explained that the distributing device uses PLC automatic control system for controlling.
