The bridge engineering, which act as one of the national important infrastructure projects,is always the hinges of traffic system and palys a key role in the development of society. Inrecent years, with the development of the society and the progress of science and technology,the number of large overloaded transportations is widely used by people, which makes thehigher requirements on the bridges. And pre-stressed concrete continuous girder bridgesconstructed through cantilever are the widest used in the field. The construction of contiuousbirdges through cantilever is a complex process, which transfers from single T staticallydeterminate structure to statically indeterminable structure. Therefore, it is very essential toensure the safety of consturction by the association of supervision and simulation which getsto know the construction about mechanical and deformation.This paper, based on the Nansihuan Bridge (the bridge of South–to-North WaterTrasfer Project crossing Shibali River at auxiliary road of G107) as an important passagelinking the east and west in zhengzhou, summarized the development and characteristics ofprestressed concrete continuous girder bridge, and then briefly describes the present situationof the bridge engineering and material properties. With the help of MIDAS/CIVIL software,this paper introduces the specific process of analyzing a suitable bridge model, and concludesthe influence factors on deformation of the bridge by adjusting some parameters combinedwith the least square parameter estimation method to finally obtain calculation results on theBridges in the displacement and internal force, and by combining with the measured resultsand comparative analysis, which provides effective and reliable basis for the similar bridgeconstruction.The theoretical analysis and the simulation of bridge construction in this paper revealsthe following conclusion:1. The application of the numerical analysis and professional softwares by thesupervision of construction and the real-time adjustment of structural model parameters canmake the combination of a bridge line and the designed line better, thus ensuring the qualityof bridge which can be satisfied with the relevant specification requirements and the safety ofconstruction.2. The measured data as an important parameter of controling the safety of constructionshould take effective tools in order to get reliable monitoring data, such as optical fiber sensor.3. Bridge cantilever construction control is a difficult point in the construction monitoring,One of the key link in the supervision of bridge cantilever construction is thecontrol in the mold elevation and the linear structure.4. Some influence factors cause some effects on the bridge deformation, such as thegravity effect, the temperature effect, the car live load effect, the settlement of bearing, thecreep and shrinkage of concrete effect and the steel beam prestressed effect, etc. Andsummarizes the deformation trend of Bridges under the influence of these factors, it will havegreat reference value for the future design and construction of similar bridges.The above basic conclusion have great reference value for the future design andconstruction of similar bridges.
