With the rapid economic development, and the standard of living is constantly improving,the car has become a popular tool of transport. people put forward higher requirements to thecomfort level of vehicle driving. Automotive alternator electromagnetic noise as one of themain factors affecting the comfort of widespread concern.Vehicle generator electromagnetic noise is the result of an electromagnetic force of air gapflux density between stator and rotor, and the vibration generated by the radial component ofthe wave acting on the stator teeth. For the study of electromagnetic noise generator, radialelectromagnetic force and the inherent modality are two key factors, the paper take the modelof a car alternator as reference, using a combination of simulation and experimental methodsincluding analysis of the electromagnetic force, the motor structure modal analysis, vibrationresponse analysis in three parts.Firstly, according to the basic size of the generator, build a three-dimensional model ofthe generator, and import it into the finite element model of Ansoft electromagnetic fieldanalysis, and then apply Maxwell stress tensor method radial electromagnetic seek solutionsand make harmonic analysis via Matlab, and an electromagnetic force of each harmonicamplitude and frequency is presented.Then use Ansys workbench for the generator stator core, stator core and windings,generators simplify the whole modal (stator, bolts, after full cover), the four parts make thewhole generator modal analysis gives each generator modal value and gives the winding,rotor,the impact on the natural frequency of the generator stator axis by comparing the valueof the modal analysis.Finally, the electromagnetic force generator based on harmonic analysis, transientdynamics Ansys Workbench application of electromagnetic vibrations of different ways ofsolving the load, gives the main harmonic components influence of electromagnetic vibrationgenerator, on the basis of proposed the electromagnetic force is reasonable to simplify loading.LMS Test.Lab software and applications for processing the collected test data analysis,simulation results are verified.In this paper, a combination method of simulation and experimental is used, and thenstudys a car alternator electromagnetic noise and establishs a complete analysis process. It haslaied the foundation of the problem of electromagnetic noise generator in the same category,and has some reference value for engineering applications.
