| The surface morphology of the solar cell as an important tool to absorb sunlightincident light can improve the probability of sunlight incident light to be absorbed,thereby reducing the reflectance of sunlight incident light. The effective way toimprove the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cell is the preparation processto create a more uniform and better light trapping effect of the textured structure. Thispaper first propose a control action which using ultrasonic standing wave particles toachieve control corrosion reaction of metal ion self-assembly method for texturingprocess to create a better, lower reflectance suede structure of the monocrystalline.This paper introduces a variety of textured silicon material, analyzes theadvantages and disadvantages of various texturing methods. Discussed and analyzedthe forces and movement of the particles in the ultrasonic standing wave field thatsubjected by ultrasonic standing wave field and established the expressions of theforce and equations motion, using MATLAB simulation analysis the movement andthe influencing factors of the particles in one-dimensional and two-dimensionalultrasonic standing wave field. Finally, through the experiment is verified thatultrasonic standing wave field can control the particles and conducts the metal ionself-assembly texturing test which is based on the ultrasonic standing wave field.The main research contents and results are as follows:(a)Discussed and analyzed the force and movement of the particle in theultrasonic standing wave field when subjected to ultrasonic standing wave field andestablish the force expressions and equations of motion, then analyzed results in aone-dimensional, two-dimensional ultrasound standing wave field the particle willtoward their nearest pressure node (or pressure section line intersection) at themovement.(b)Using MATLAB simulation analysis the movement and the influencingfactors of the particles in one-dimensional and two-dimensional ultrasonic standingwave field. Analyzing the movement of the particles in the ultrasonic standing wavefield will be affected by the acoustic frequency, the applying ultrasonic sound pressureamplitude and the particle radius parameters. At different initial positions of theparticles in a non-abdominal pressure point under ultrasonic standing wave effect willmove toward their nearest pressure nodes (or pressure section line intersections) movement and gather there. The sound pressure amplitude of the ultrasound standingwave field is applied, the greater by the acoustic radiation force, the shorter motion tothe pressure node (or pressure section line intersection) of the time. The greater radiusof the particle in the ultrasonic standing wave field, the shorter motion to the pressurenode (or pressure section line intersection) of the time.(c) Doing the metal ion self-assembly texturing of monocrystalline silicon underthe ultrasonic standing wave field, changing the concentration of AgNO3solution,H2O2solution and HF solution to test and get the optimal conditions that theconcentration of AgNO3is0.03mol/L, the concentration of H2O2is0.6%, and theconcentration of HF is10%. There are more uniform corrosion and deeper groove onthe surface morphologies,the reflectivity is lower, the average reflectance is5.4percent, between700nm to830nm of wavelength the reflectivity is minimum, reached2.3percent, and preparation of suede light trapping structure is better. |
