With the rapid development of economy, the contradiction between resources, environment andsociety has become prominent increasingly. Especially, the invasion of fog and haze our countryencountered since2013. This is a serious challenge for our country’s energy strategy. Universitiesare an important component of community in the society. She shoulders the task of education, scientific research and social services. She has the large area, population density, building types andenergy consumption. In recent years, the rapid expansion of universities, energy consumption alsowill increase. So it is a very important research that the analysis of optimization of distributedenergy system in universities. This paper focus on the issues that the feasibility analysis of the distributed energy systems atuniversity. During the distributed energy systems running on campus, it is an important impact onthe configuration and operation of distributed energy systems that the thermoelectric properties ofthe system load. The accuracy of the system load is directly related to the validity of evaluation ofthermoelectric system. The building in different climatic conditions has the different loadcharacteristic. In this paper we analyzed the load characteristics of five-story teaching building byDeST. In this process, we considered the temperature and the sunlight of different typical climatezone. In addition, different types of buildings have different requirements and parameters. In orderto have a validity results, we simulated and analyzed characteristics of load in the universityteaching buildings, dormitories, canteens, libraries and office buildings. There are many operation models of distributed energy system. In this paper we adopted a"power-up hot" mode. Firstly, we make the mathematical model and analyze the performance ofeach module from the energy, economic, environmental. Then we selected appropriate evaluationcriteria. Finally, analyze the feasibility of the system in the university in different climate zoo.According to the previous analysis, the performance in different regions with the same systemis different. We choose the relevant energy supply methods for specific areas. We optimized thecapacity of CHP and air condition of system by the daily load characteristics in a university inHangzhou, and sensitivity analysis of uncertainties impacts, such as the technical parameters ofpower generation equipment and heating recover equipment, natural gas prices and the grid price.
