Compared with the electromagnetic suspension and electrostatic levitation,acoustic levitationis without requirements of conductive or magnetic on suspended objects,and without solid or liquidlimit,which makes this technology can be widely applied to various materials.Now,acousticlevitation technique has obtained the considerable development,overcome the weakness of poorsuspension capacity and stability,can be used for acoustic levitation control in the non transparentsolid material,become the tool of acoustic levitation particle control system in the solid.As in the nontransparent solid material in implementation of inner processing provide technicalsupport and system support,realize the application of the solid inner channel micro manufacturing,our research group aims at building the internal direct machining technology based on acousticlevitation,this thesis study and design of acoustic levitation particle control system in the solid,providing a platform for internal processing system based on acoustic levitation.This processingtechnology conduct ultrasonic wave produced by the ultrasonic generator from the transducer intothe processing materials,form intraluminal ultrasonic standing wave field in the channel,suspendand manipulate particle directly internal processing of materials.Ultrasonic standing wave field onthe particle control effect in this thesis,innovatively applied to direct processing of nontransparentsolid materials,explore new methods for internal processing of non transparent solid materialputting forward new ideas and research directions.Acoustic levitation technique in this thesis is to realize the suspension by using ultrasonicstanding wave field,the derivation of acoustic levitation force equation,design the whole system,including ultrasound device,motion device and numerical control device,optimal design and buildthe acoustic levitation particle control system in the solid,completed the levitation particle controlexperimental,study the stability property,suspension property and control property of acousticlevitation particle in the solid.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)According to the acoustics theory equation,derived levitation force theory equation incondition of ultrasonic wave vertical incidence,the reflection coefficient and the transmissioncoefficient,researched the ultrasonic transmission properties,selected on the basis of processingmaterials and particle materials,study the principle of intraluminal ultrasonic standing wave field inthe channel of solid,and derived particle steady suspension position based on the theoretical,obtained the theory equation of acoustic levitation inner processing system;(2)According to the theory system research,design and selection of the ultrasonic device, motion device and numerical control device,material selection and processing,design and build1D,2D and3D acoustic levitation platform,study on uniaxial, biaxial and three axis acousticlevitation device suspension performance,platform device design and modification,optimal designand build the acoustic levitation particle control system in the solid;(3)According to the built acoustic levitation inner processing system platform,experimentalstudies are carried out on the1D,2D and3D cases,comparing the various experimental results ofacoustic levitation,preliminary analysis and study the stability property,suspension property andcontrol property of acoustic levitation particle in the solid,design the key technical parameters ofacoustic levitation control,get important conclusions of the manipulating suspended particle....
