"Turbid Water Hydraulic Separation Device"(or "Device" for short) is a new type of watersediment separation device. In order to solve the problem of sediment accumulation at the conicalsurface while reducing the slope height, apply pressurized liquefied sediment transport technology in"Device". In this paper, based on preliminary experiments, in exploring how the pressurized liquefiedsediment transport technology affects the two-phase flow field of water and sediment inside "device",and optimize pressurized liquefied piping layout structure, use numerical simulation to compute thelaying of pressurized diameter cone slope(1:6).In order to explore how the pressurized liquefied sediment transport technology worked on the"device", the internal flow field are simulated before and after applying pressurized liquefied techniqueon the "device", the results show that the application of pressurized liquefied sediment transporttechnology in the "device" can solve the sediment silting due to the "device" cone slope decreasing, andnot affect the clean water overflow. According to the simulation of different sized pressurized liquefiedpenetration aperture of "device", the optimal aperture of holes is2mm; with the optimal aperturefunction, simulated respectively on seven different pressure heads, comparative analyzed and theoptimization pressure head is1.8-1.9m. Numerical simulation results show that with the optimumaperture and optimal head pressure, internal water sediment separation of "device" is complete, thesediment concentration of water overflow is relatively small, and the effect of bottom Sediment hole iscomparatively good, with reducing "device" height, the deposition of sediment at the bottom cone isfixed as well, it is the ideal state of pressurized liquefied "device". The results of pressurized liquefiedsediment transport technology applied to the "device" layout method provides the design basis for thefuture improvement, laid the foundation for combining pressurized liquefied sediment transporttechnology and the "device".
