In the research of high performance concrete, the performance of high fly ash content concrete isrecognized by many scholars. However, in practical engineering, to carry out the comprehensive work ofpoor grade II fly ash, the amount is not much, most of the ash storage field just piling. To solve theseproblems, this paper aims to study the use of large dosage of fly ash amount to replace part of ordinaryportland cement in preparation of high performance concrete and its application in deep inclined shaftlining engineering.The main topics for the estate of Xinjiang â…¡fly ash as high fly ash content concrete mineraladmixture of high performance concrete analysis, water binder ratio, fly ash and sand ratio of these threefactors on the compressive strength of concrete, find out the main factors influencing concrete compressivestrength; combined with the the practical requirements of the project to improve concrete test mixoptimized mix proportion; and then through the research of the construction technology in deep inclinedshaft lining in, for the better utilization of fly ash, provide technical support to solve the problem of fly ashaccumulation. The results show that:(1) The water binder ratio is an important factor affecting the strength of high performance concreteincorporating large volume of fly ash. With the water binder ratio increases, decreases the strength ofconcrete, in the selected range of water binder ratio, strength of determining the optimal water cement ratiois0.30.(2) Fly ash has good volcano ash activity, has a significant impact on the later strength of the concreteincreases, and in the selected content range, high performance concrete incorporating large volume of gradeII fly ash strength with the increase of fly ash content decreasing rule, but with the increasing of age,decreasing trend is weakened. The fly ash strength optimum test defined35%.(3) The influence of sand percentage for compressive strength of large amount of grade II fly ashconcrete is not significant, in the selected range, the compressive strength of concrete with sand rateincreased first and then decreased, the strength of sand test to determine the optimal rate of40%.(4) Combining with engineering for concrete strength requirements, select the water binder ratio is0.40, the sand rate is40%, the amount of fly ash for the construction of large dosage of fly ash pump52%pumping concrete deep inclined shaft lining project, the28d compressive strength is above20MPa, longresistance performance in the work environment good, fully meet the actual needs of the project.(5) Send lining concrete engineering in deep inclined shaft with large amount of fly ash pump, pumpselection and erection of the important impact of the construction progress and construction quality have,which should be paid attention to in the construction of mixing, vibrating and curing process of reinforcedconcrete, avoid quality construction operation does not affect when concrete.
