Abstract/Summary:
The paper takes "Kunming Qianxing Road Commercial and Cultural Center" design as the carrier. The theoretical structure of the paper refers to the "mutual optimization of commercial and cultural buildings", which means the two subfunctions of the commercial and cultural center:cultural buildings and commercial buildings can connect to a certain extent to exert the effect of combination.Commercial and cultural center is an architectual complex of commercial buildings and cultural buildings. However, their differences in function and the pursuit of profit more or less affect the maximization of the value of the commercial and cultural center. So, on the basis of existing research, this paper tries to analyze it with actual cases.Secondly, the "mutual optimization of commercial and cultural buildings" is the development trend of modern commercial and cultural center, and it guarantees the maximization of the social value and significance of the commercial and cultural center, and that is the main subject of this study. Then, this paper analyzes this project to define the project’s goals and position, and summarizes its advantages and disadvantages so as to put forward the initial project design ideas. In this process, domestic and foreign outstanding cases will be cited and combined with the actual condition of the project in order to sum up the design methods of commercial and cultural constructions in the perspective of "mutual optimization".All in all, the paper aims to sum up a set of design methods under the system of "mutual optimization of commercial and cultural buildings"so as to provide practical guidance for similar projects. Finally, the paper will apply the above-researched theory to the actual project, and regard the theory as the design guidance.
