In recent years, with new green promotion and use of energy-saving materialsfoam concrete, its excellent performance: lightweight, good thermal insulation,seismic and other, more widely known and highly valued by the society. Also, foamconcrete the porous materials, to adapt to the basic national policy of China’scoordinated development, will become the21st century’s biggest new-type wallmaterials. Scholars from at home and abroad, but the main study on mechanicalproperty of low density foam concrete, foam concrete applied to the load-bearingstructure of the study, therefore, foam concrete in this respect this restriction. In orderto further study and improvement of foam concrete in field theoretical analysis of theload bearing this gap, is of important significanceThis topic will sulphoaluminate foam concrete density expanded to four kinds,namely800kg/m3,1000kg/m3,1200kg/m3,1600kg/m3. By lime or fly ashadmixture proportions by three kinds of add, cement using sulfur cement, etc., inaccordance with the relevant mix design, made of cement-lime-Foam-Water andcement-fly ash-Foam-raw water two systems, the use of servo pressure machinepilot study single axis loading, the specimen was observed stress and deformation ofthe whole process of destruction, revealing the force deformation of foam concretedamage, got different densities of foam concrete stress-strain curve. And throughstatistical analysis, reasonably determine the strength of the foam concrete prism cubestrength of the relationship, compressive strength and density exponentialrelationship, compressive strength and modulus of elasticity, and establishingsulphoaluminate foam concrete single axis compressive stress-strain of theconstitutive relationship model for foam concrete structural finite element analysisand computational tests provide a reliable basis.Results of this study make foam concrete supplemented and perfected in theload-bearing structure, with some reference value.
