The landslide is a geological disaster occurs generally in geotechnical engineering, it often causes great economic losses and casualties. Rainfall infiltration and groundwater seepage coursed by it is one of the important factors inducing the landslide. This paper takes the rainfall infiltration on slope stability conditions as the engineering background and considers random slope seepage, mechanical parameters, establishing the stochastic finite element method for slope of unsaturated soil flow solid coupling first, and then analyzing the reliability of slope under rainfall conditions, finally combining land slope engineering examples to proof the new method. The main work is as follow:1) The random distribution of the soil seepage and mechanical parameters of the slope has been researched, the model of soil seepage and mechanical parameters with random spatial variability has been build, and random field combining Kriging valuation method and shape function interpolation has been founded.2) The stochastic finite element method of calculating the FSI unsaturated soil of the slope has been derived, basing on this method, the numerical simulation of FSI field with random parameters has been made, analysis of the random distribution of pore pressure, stress, displacement has been done and sensitivity of pore water pressure, displacement for random parameters has been researched.3) Basing on the stochastic finite element method of the FSI the function for potential slip surface of each unit and whole sliding surface has been established. The reliability index and its sensitivity to random parameters of the potential sliding surface of the slope under the condition of uncorrelated variables and variables related. And maximum parameter influencing the reliability index of the sliding of the slope has been analyzed.4) Basing on the engineering example of Jin sha hydropower station, the change of the reliability index of the slope under the rainfall condition has been researched, the reliability index variation with rainfall parameters and mechanical parameters of rock and soil has been researched.
