High-rise building effectively compensates for the lack of urban space developmentproblems caused by lack of land resources, with the development of modernization economic. The wind load is one of the main key factors of high-rise buildings. It causes a significantthree-dimensional effects when the wind is flowing, and causes some dynamic responses likethe internal force of structural base, the interlayer displacement, the vertex acceleration and soon. When the combined effect of the dynamic responses beyond the maximum capacity ofthe structural design, the structure will be destroyed. The existing research is mainly aboutregular structure plane such as rectangle, so the research on the wind load of high-risebuildings which the structural forms changes are more complex is much lesser. This paper takes a rigid model pressure experiment of a217m high-rise building inHunan as the foundation, by the data processing, calculation and analysis with the conditionof different heights and from0to360degree angle of wind, we can get the wind pressurecharacteristics and wind-induced responses of this super high-rise building, and we can alsoanalysis the surface air pressure of the main building, the wind-induced response, the ofequivalent load changes under different wind angle and different building height, theseprovides a reference for further design on the structure of super high-rise buildings. The mainwork and results of this paper can be summarized as follows:Firstly, this paper analyzed the wind pressure distribution characteristics of the mainbuilding through the rigid model pressure experiment, verified the average pressurecoefficient increases with the height of the buildingļ¼›and the appearance of building windpressure coefficient significantly affected by the surrounding buildings.Secondly, Based on the experiment data, calculated the average pressure coefficient, acpuired the contour plot with the different condition of wind angles, and discussed thechange characteristics and regularity of wind coefficient. The results show that, for thisstructure within200m height range, the affection caused by different facades size is notsignificant, while at the same facade, all layers appear the phenomenon of that the middle partof the pressure coefficient is relatively large, and decreases along the edges.Thirdly, this paper analyzed the wind-induced response of the main building, includingthe displacement response between the layers, the peak acceleration response, and the shearforce and bend of the main building with the variational wind directions regulation and furtheranalysis of the impact for the structure by the surrounding buildings. At last, by this paper, made a comparative analysis on results of the pressure on rigidmodel experimental and calculation results based on the specification of comparative analys, discussed the structure wind-induced response theory of the rationality and the relatedcalculation method, and verified the super-tall preliminary design scheme satisfies therequirement of national relevant specification.
