In the worldwide, drought is the long-standing problem. Our country is an arid andsemi-arid regions, severe drought will restrict the development of agriculture. Use ofrainwater resources will be an important way to solve this problem. In addition to solar, wind, geothermal and other energy resources are recycled, thewater resources can also be reused. On Earth, water main to what exists in three forms:First, rivers, lakes, sea and other surface water; Second, groundwater; Third, rain, snow, hail and other precipitation. Plants typically grow by groundwater and precipitation would beable to meet, of course, the use of today’s precipitation to ease drought is also not a badidea.Accelerated urbanization, which has made increasingly serious water shortage problem.First, the hard pavement of municipal facilities spread a large area, making rainwater runoffinto the ground unable to quickly flow into natural water bodies around the city, increasingthe possibility of flooding. Secondly, the uncontrolled exploitation of groundwaterfreshwater resources, the city’s shortage. If rainwater resources for life after simpletreatment or industrial water, landscape water, urban water will ease the application ofenergy-saving measures are also effective city building.Combined with the existing domestic and international success stories, urban residentialroads rainwater resource utilization facilities as research objects. In China’s current urbanroads, roads and residential areas to the drainage of rainwater resource utilization landscapeissues were discussed facility analysis, the design method based on residential roadsrainwater resource utilization landscape of sustainable technologies, analyzes andsummarizes the residential landscape Huayu water use planning measures and technicalstrategies. This paper is divided into six chapters. In the preface, the focus on the background, significance, and domestic development process, overview summarizes the techniques andmethods of the study, based on analysis of these issues, and problems of proposed research;second part of the rainwater for domestic successful case studies of resource utilization, to clarify the feasibility and necessity of moderate water use in landscape design; the third partof the theory and techniques of rainwater harvesting methods related technologies arediscussed; part IV elaborates rainwater resource utilization management model andutilization; fifth part of the analysis developed in the utilization of rainwater harvestinglandscape mode and route based on; part VI of the full text of the summarized.
