This paper introduces the design and implementation of a motor fault diagnosis simulation platform based on MATLAB, expounds the design thought, structure design software platform, system and discusses the design of modeling, programming and graphical interface design and simulation platform.First introduced the fault diagnosis model based on RBF neural network, BP neural network, RBF neural network and the optimization of their analysis, put forward a kind of modularized fault diagnosis model based on RBF neural network; neural network fault diagnosis process and the related algorithm is discussed. On this basis, to determine the neural network structure, it provides basic theory method for constructing the simulation platform.Secondly, described in detail the construction of MATLAB motor fault diagnosis simulation platform based process, there are simulation platform, model training module, test module and the design of the model training and testing of each sub model and implementation, combined with the MATLAB GUIDE development environment design for each part of the graphical user interface and implementation has also made the concrete introduction. After the introduction of each part for some of the key issues, given the corresponding explanation.Finally, the sample specific data as an example, describes the application of the simulation platform; judge through analysis and performance of the simulation results, proving the validity of the simulation platform.
