As technology development and people’s quality of life more and more attention,the radiator industry under the trend of the development has made rapid progress.China is the powers in using and producing of heating radiators, varieties and typesalso continued to emerge of the heating radiators, so heating radiator industry is in awide range of designs in the market. In accordance with the classification of materialin general: steel radiator, aluminum radiator, cast iron radiator, copper radiator andcompound radiator, and so on. According to the shape classification of differentroughly: plate type, tubular type, flat tube type and gilled type, and so on. This articleis the study of elliptic Steel Tube (flat) heating radiator. This kind of heating radiatorstructure of a wide variety in the market, different pipe diameters, different centerdistance, single row and double row, as well as the different display modes. Thesedifferent combinations of radiators have good and bad in thermal efficiency, so it is anecessary for some elliptic tube radiators on the market to do thermal measurementand analysis. Study on the effect of different structure on thermal performance of theradiator, rational use of radiator structure, reduce unnecessary heat loss.This article is about the optimization of diameter and center distance of theellipse tube radiator, through the establishment of steel oval physical model andsimulation analysis of the radiator, use simulation on thermal performance of theradiator in the different center distance and different type of diameters. Through thestrength of metallic thermal analysis, get the best combination of the effect inheating.Through the calculation analysis of water to room heating system, calculatedrelationship between changes of water flow of the every radiator column on the sameside of the connection, analyzes three different column number of the radiator surfacetemperature change and water supply relationship, heat dissipating capacity changesof each column of the radiator, the radiating quantity change rule ofsurface temperature distribution and the heat radiator and each column radiator, thedistribution of the surface temperature of the radiator and the quantity of heatof variation law of each column radiator.
