Research On Application Of Mini-sized Pile And Soil Nailling Wall In Deep Foundation Pit

Soil Nailing Wall is a kind of reinforcement technique in situ soil. The anotherway is also called the soil nailing wall shoring, is a new type of foundation pit shoringmethod,development speed is very fast, and now it has been applicated more andmore widely. The technique of soil nailing shoring has many advantages, such as theperiod of construction is short, the construction is convenient,the construction cost islow.Because the soil nailing shoring belongs to the flexible shoring, so thedisplacement of the shoring is relatively large. In order to make up for theshortcomings of the soil nailing shoring, in the most actual construction, thecompound soil nailing system has been used, such as the soil nailing and the mini-sizepile, soil nailing and Pre-stressed anchor, soil nail and mixing piles and so on,theyaccept the pressure of the soil together.This paper focuses on the following points:(1) The mini pile and soil nailing wall composite supporting system components,and the relationship between them, and their construction process is a simpledescription.(2) Introduced the mini pile and stress analysis and failure mechanism ofeachcomponent of the soil nailing wall by. On the failure forms of variousdetailintroduction.(3)This article based on the foundation of the past research,according to theStratum of the Handan city,with the quaternary recently deposited soil,generalsedimentary soil and shallow depth of underground water level. From the foundationpit supporting and draining the two main aspects, this paper mainly expoundedmethods, requirements and principles of the soil nailing and the mini-sized pile as thesystem of shoring. And combined with practical engineering, the paper selected theschemes of combination of soil nailings and the mini-sized piles, then carried on thedesign and calculation, and the LIZHENG software analysed and validated foundationpit. From the aspect of safety, the feasibility of the design, the rationality of theconstruction, this paper researched high pressure jet soil nailings and the mini-sizedpiles, in order to that Handan city can have a similar situation with the region in termsof foundation pit supporting.
