Solid-liquid two-phase flow pump have widespread use in metallurgy, chemicalindustry, water conservancy, mining and other industries due to its solid-liquid mixturetransport medium.Currently, solid-liquid pump mainly has the drawbacks such as badlyworn, inefficient, short life, poor reliability. Of course there are many scholars werestudying the drawbacks of the solid-liquid pump currently, but many flow structure andmechanism are still very vague due to the complexity of the flow in the pump, soa lot ofresearch needs to be done. At the same time, for the current half combination ofempirical and theoretical development and research methods of solid-liquid two-phaseflow pump,to improve the current development methods and external characteristics ofthe pump both require two-phase flow pumping performance parameters test technology.However, the pumping performance parameters test technology still has some defectssuch as old outdated semi-automated control testing methods, rambling measurementposition, the test data is not comprehensive induction process, a bad user interface.Compared with west countries, domestic testing technology is relatively obsolete.The article precisely in the study of the above test status quo, first analyzes themeasurement method of the phase flow pumping performance parameters, then throughthe virtual instrument technology integration, acquisition, data processing and otherfeatures, finally, test rig was constructed to measure the performance parameters of thesolid-liquid pump, analyzes the factors affecting the performance parameters ofsolid-liquid two-phase flow pump.The test bench of this article studied the characteristics of the solid-liquidtwo-phase flow medium and the solid-liquid pump test principles and methods, basedon the virtual instrument development software LabVIEW2012of NI, made seamlessintegration of the measurement technology, data acquisition and processing technologyand virtual instrument technology in accordance with the precision requirements ofmeasurement technology, design and construct the solid-liquid pumping performanceparameter measurement test stand, in order to test solid-liquid pumping performanceparameters, save the measurement data, generate conclusio ns for the purpose.In this paper, we make test trials of the media concentration and particle size of the solid-liquid two-phase flow media with the solid-liquid two-phase flow pumpingperformance test platform, combined with the previous research in solid-liquidtwo-phase flow pump aspects to describes the impact of the dielectric properties and thepump structural parameters on the solid-liquid pump performance.
