Has extremely rich,fine sand resources in our country,in order to better developthe local natural resources,the reasonable use of local natural conditions, theexisting reduce the waste of natural resources,economic cost saving,the use of richreserves of Handan,fine sand mixed concrete by orthogonal design method of C40special fine sand concrete compressive strength and slump test research.First to test the basic properties of the handan local special fine sand,and then byusing the method of orthogonal design to fine the slump and compressive strengthexperiment research,factor levels are: sand ratio (24%、26%、28%),water-binder ratio(0.43、0.46、0.49) and water (179kg、183kg、187kg). Results show that the specialfine sand concrete shows good workability,through the analysis of test results,sandratio is considered the key factors influencing the special fine sand concreteworkability,and as the sand at a rate of28%,water/cement ratio is0.43,unit waterconsumption is187kg,slump peak,is210mm,fully meet the requirement of theworkability of concrete during construction.7d of fine sand concrete compressivestrength is52.7MPa,28d compressive strength is61.1MPa,after analyzing theresults of calculation,considered water-binder ratio affect the special fine sandconcrete mixing material compressive strength of the major factors. To meet specialfine sand concrete compressive strength at the same time,the best mixing proportionscheme is sand ratio is28%,water/cement ratio is0.43,the unit water consumption is179kg,adopt the special fine sand concrete mixture ratio,fully meet the requirementsof concrete compression strength against. Accordingly,slump and compressivestrength,using fine sand mixing medium strength concrete is feasible.Finally based on the special fine sand concrete problems in the construction andcommon fault analysis and discussion, and in view of the common problem, putforward the corresponding measures and solution.
