| In our country’s railway transportation enterprise, internal combustion engine aspower is one of the main traction, with heavy load, high speed, continuous operationand long mileage traction.The locomotive diesel engine as power device, and in the winter the environmenttemperature or lower area, in order to ensure the normal starting the diesel engine andthe state, the requirements of diesel oil, fuel oil and water temperature in the systemmust be maintained at a prescribed temperature.In order to ensure the diesel oil, fuel oil and water temperature in the system meetthe application requirements, domestic and foreign design many kinds of devices toachieve this function, but it was found these devices is the use of small boilers, smalldiesel engines, small diesel generator or the use of electric heating device for heatingthe diesel locomotive.The heating system is presented in this paper by using waste heat steam as the heatsource furnace recovery of metallurgical enterprises, through two levels of heat forheating function of internal combustion engine oil, fuel oil and water system.The heating system design theory receives no noise, no pollution, low energyconsumption, green environmental protection, energy saving and high efficiency, hasstrong innovation, advanced technology characteristics, equipment put into use, thelocomotive is stable and reliable, fault rate is obviously reduced, the effective utilizationrate increased dramatically, has laid a solid technical foundation for railway transportoperations provide efficient utilization of locomotive... |
