The sewage produced in industrial production and life is huge,it contains a largenumber of low-quality waste heat, recycling this part of waste heat is of great significanceto energy conservation. The sewage heat exchanger is the key part of heat exchangeequipment, the research on it is very important, especially with the widely application ofsewage-source heat pump system. Spiral coil heat exchanger has the advantage of compactstructure, high heat exchange efficiency, low fouling resistance, easy processing, rollingaway the impurities in water by centrifugal force and avoiding frequently cleaning, etc,which making it the most potential choose to sewage heat exchanger.As sewage is still contains a lot of tiny granule after initial filtered, so it is veryimportant to study on the water with granule. This paper study the spiral coil heatexchanger with water and granule in tube, adopt the method of combining theoreticalanalysis and experimental research, study the effects of granular on heat exchanger andflow. Establish a spiral tube particles and fluid two-phase circulating hot model, usingfluent to solve it; Establish a heat exchanger test-bed with water and granule to verify theexactness of the model through the experiment, and draw the effect of content, size,velocity of the granule to strengthening heat transfer. The results show that the deviationbetween model calculation and the experimental data of heat transfer coefficient was4.4%in average, the addition of granule increased the heat transfer effect.This result provides atheoretical basis for the design of sewage heat exchanger.In this paper, made the optimization design for the spiral plate heat exchanger, studiedthe effects of pitch and curvature radius on the heat transfer effect of spiral plate heat exchanger; This study for the optimization design of spiral plate heat exchanger andstrengthening heat transfer provide reference, at the same time, it has a certain guidingsignificance on saving energy running of the heat pump system of air conditioning.
