Tank as a large-capacity pressure storage containers is wildely used in petroleun chemical metallurgy and other fields. With the development of technology, tank and storage media application environments become more complex and diverse. In tank design and manufacturing we often use finite element software. But ansys is a universal commercial software,its basic function is to meet the general user,facing the particular design there exists large cumbersome and difficult issues such entry.This paper mainly reaearch the design and manufacturing process, combined with the finite element and CAD/CAE theory to put forward the "pressure-area method" then effectively address the opening reinforcement" aggressive "and" conservative " issue. Comprehensive use of MFC, finite element theory, ansys secondary development technology, parametric technology combined UIUD, APDL, uPTS language, MFC interface,API calls and so on designing and constructing a tank design integrated development environment, developed a new software system which can analysis the ball cans overall and parametric design specific parts. The realization of the tank design formulas package, tank associated with board size pole automatic generation and parametric design and analysis of specific parts of the integration, as well as opening reinforcement simulation verification.
