Application of prestressed technology has been widely used in highway bridge, railway bridge, city interchange system, city light rail, high-rise buildings, water conservancy and hydropower dams, ports, rock slope anchorage engineering, etc. Prestressing method has been widely used in engineering structures, as a part of it, anchorage plays very important role. As an important part of anchor system, the anchor plate plays a critical function for the safety of the prestressing technique and structure.In this work, using the finite element method, selecting the YJM-15plane anchorage system for researching, through the Ansys, Matlab software,finite element model,leement meshing, numerical calculation were carried out. First exploration of the impact stress hole spacing10hole anchor plate round hole form and deformation, through images, diagrams, forms different hole spacing plane plate anchor stress distribution and deformation characteristics, analyzes the optimal hole form; then analysis anchorage varied in the same thickness load under the constraints of circular hole and the polygonal hole when the change of stress and displacement of the anchor plate, to compare the different holes arrangement, the hole form more reasonable, testing and improvement of the current implementation of industry standards. Combined with engineering practice, interpretations and recommendations were provided for the production and the problems in engineering. |
