Research On The Mutant Tunpu Village’s Development Planning Under The Protection Of Cultural Resources

As sub-cultural group of Han ethnic, Tunpu’s outer dominant cultural identity and intrinsic personality character, cultural spirit have continued in the restricted development and economic backwardness. Since the mid-1980s, using theater as point of intervention, the rich cultural resources and unique outside characteristics got attentions from the world, which contributed to its transformation from the geographical and cultural resources to economic development capital.Meanwhile, outflow of population and resource development, led to the changes in the e material environment, and the difficulties of cultural heritage.These changes, compared to the mutant historical process of the Tunpu, appear to be fast and violent. Various problems in such villages are very prominent.The continued vitality in Tunpu construction of cultural resources, is of great significance to our nation’s cultural diversity as well as Tunpu’s sustainable development.A mutant Tunpu village as the research object, this paper analyzes the present status. The differentiation and analysis of the protection of cultural resources of the mutant Tunpu village and its significance to the village development planning, are based on theory and practice. Measures and priorities of village development has a strong prospective. There are some reference values in the protection of cultural resources and construction of new countryside, for the Anshun region and the western China village.In this thesis, I investigate the present situation of the Tunpu village and Tunpu cultural resources. Combining history,resources of heritage as well as development overview of Tunpu to found the most prominent villages in Guizhou Province.Then I analyzed the development and change of the present situation and resource inheritance of this type of mutant Tunpu village. Taking the representative Bao Village and BenZhai Village as example to interpret in detail.Then, the paper combines the theory and practice of cultural resources protection and development of traditional villages, analyzes the dialectical relationship in the general sense, and proposes significance of the cultural resources protection of the mutant Tunpu village, content and carrier of resource protection in Village development, and the basic method to maintain the stability of social structure, cover a broader economic and social development, inherit intangible cultural resources, and protect resources through policy control and guidance.Last, from the point of view of urban planning science, this paper proposes the mutant Tunpu village development objectives and principles. On this base, I design the development measures to control village morphology and guide the construction of the village.Meanwhile, the proposal takes the native as the core, cultural resources as the main line, village construction as the carrier of the development priorities, so as to achieve the purpose of both protection and development.This study is on the basis of situation analysis, proposing a form of protection and development. This paper provides a discussion of a research problem, rather than decision-making or planning.The conclusion of the study focuses on the long-term protection and planning of the village practice, and provides a reference for the status of development activities.
