How to avoid the highway subsidence problem has been the main control projectquality, and soft soil subgrade is the focus of theoretical research.Binhai road highrequirement to the settlement, soft soil roadbed settlement calculation and forecast inthe road construction project is an urgent need to solve the problem.In this paper,based on tianjin binhai area, the beijing-tianjin highway engineering, according to theactual settlement data, analysis of expressway monitoring and related geological data,to analyze the main factors influencing the settlement of change rule and development,for the soft soil foundation treatment and foundation of highway construction toprovide theoretical research, and grey model is used to analysis and settlementprediction of soft soil foundation.In this paper, the main research results are asfollows:1. According to the actual measured data, this paper discussed the characteristicsof the deformation of soft soil foundation.Deformation of filling subgrade in softfoundation belongs to the category of plane strain, the current based onone-dimensional consolidation theory of settlement calculation method cannoteffectively predict the deformation of soft soil foundation.Plastic flow phenomena ofsoft clay is one of the important factors affecting cause deformation of soft soilfoundation.2. The speed of the filled soil soft ground deformation is caused by the anotherimportant factor.Reasonable filling speed is effectively ensure the safety of high fillembankment with soft foundation construction of the important control points, candirectly affect the stability of embankment, the size of the foundation settlement andthe development direction of follow-up.Unreasonable filling speed not only increasesafter the completion of the project settlement phenomenon, also delay the projectfollow-up construction steps, thus delaying the entire construction project quality andspeed.3. The existing specification cannot be effective and accurate prediction of softfoundation settlement of relevant data, at present such as exponential curve method,logarithmic curve method, the traditional methods, such as estimating of the finalsettlement is only built on the basis of a small amount of subsidence data, its accuracyis not high, there is a big error.This paper USES the grey prediction method caneffectively use all of the existing settlement data, with high accuracy, predict structurecredibility higher.4. In this paper using the grey forecasting model is more accurate to estimate thefinal settlement of the soft soil foundation.By using the model to predict the firstcondition is the raw data must be isochronous (empty) distance, we in order to get theraw data of this type, using the cubic B spline function to the actual measuredsettlement data interpolation, and using the interpolation data settlement prediction,prediction results in line with expectations, and measured error less than10%.Practiceproves that the grey prediction method is feasible and effective.
