City Park Landscape Transformation In Conjunction With Seismic Mitigation Functions

The rapid development of modern cities， most of our cities have developed to ahigh degree of intensive urban， dense towering modern architecture to give us wasbrought to the United States and convenience， but also become a safety hazard urban life.When disaster comes， dense buildings very easy to cause secondary damage to thevictims of refuge. So perfect urban disaster prevention systems， build with earthquakedisaster prevention capabilities city park has become an important task should not beoverlooked. The construction of the park has become an urban earthquake disasterprevention and disaster prevention system， urban open space and natural disasterprevention and relief work in the city and improve the city’s most effective way[1]. Forthe moment the earthquake rescue experience is worldwide， especially in the face of theface of unexpected natural disasters (such as earthquakes and fires)， urban disasterprevention system in open space-parks earthquake relief disaster relief has become themost important place[2].July28，1976occurred in Tangshan7.8earthquake not only caused tens ofthousands of the people lost their lives， tens of thousands of people homeless， thesafety of life and property of the people was severely damaged， but also to the Chinesepeople tremendous pain. Among the aftershocks after theearthquake， the second disaster caused by the earthquake has been increasing， disasterrelief around the crowd after another， but because of simple traffic jam， parkfacilities， invisible to the disaster relief work also brought difficulties. But the city isstill providing earthquake disaster mitigation park refuge for the masses， the governmentdisaster temporary command center， reserve relief supplies， the most important placesto set emergency medical center. The earthquake in addition to a city in China earthquake disaster mitigation systemsounded the alarm， so we see an important role in the city park in the earthquake disastermitigation played， but also pointed out the direction for the development of a new citypark.
