Studies On The Environment Design Of Resorts With "Yongquan"Cultural Theme

With the development of the economy, people do not confine their individual pursuit to material life while most of them are seeking a lifestyle that values both body and mind and shows a trend of diversity. Resorts, the inevitable travelling necessities, create a leisure space integrating various services for visitors with their unique cultural and natural environment, highlighting differences and specialties in production and life. The lack of cultural themes has become a common problem in Chinese resorts. As a result, it’s important, in particular, to create a leisure environment with cultural themes in China’s increasingly diverse forms of tourism.Yongquan, one of the "Seventy-two Famous Springs" in Jinan, is not well-known while it spews from the southern mountain with its unique feature where the birthplace of Jinan springs is. Yongquan once stopped spraying for people’s overuse and waste of the springs. Therefore, Jinan, the well-known "City of Springs", faces a crisis that the springs may be drying up. In order to restore the unique style of the city with hills and lakes all in sight, we are bound to protect springs and promote the spring culture as the top priority.The article analyzes and summarizes the application of cultural themes to the design of resorts from the spring culture and resorts’features as well as how to apply the light and dark colors, the choice of materials, furnishings and even people’s feel through various sensory systems of Yongquan cultural elements to resorts with Yongquan cultural themes based on the local ecological environment protection as well as the transformational design of Jinan Sijicun hotel and its surroundings aiming at problems such as resorts’lack of culture or the poor protection of the surrounding environment. The main research questions of the article are how to combine the surrounding natural environment of Yongquan with the human element of resorts with Yongquan cultural theme and how to integrate the architectural features in Jinan with the main building of resorts with Yongquan cultural theme.The article analyzes the relationship between cultural themes and the environment design of resorts according to "Yongquan " culture in Jinan in order to incorporate cultural themes into the resorts’environment as well as meet the demand of innovation, explores in depth the humanity and of cultural spirit " Yongquan " culture through studying the environment and cultural connotations in Jinan and promotes cultural innovation.
