In recent years,the printed electronics technology and electronic informationindustry have been developed rapidly, and the electronic paste is widely used inaviation, aerospace, computer, high-temperature integrated circuits and otherfields based on its high quality, high efficiency, advanced technology, wideapplicability and other advantages. However, which field can the electronic pastebe used in depends on its crystal’s morphology and size. Therefore, how to getthe form of electronic paste crystal controllably has attracted wide publicity. Inorder to provide reliable environmental conditions for getting the form ofelectronic paste crystal controllably, an electronic paste form controllablepreparation device has been designed, and the temperature control system hasbeen studied deeply, and the temperature control system software has also beenwriten. The main research contents are as follows:1、According to the working principle of this device and the requirements ofoperating process, an advice for electronic paste crystal form controllablepreparation has been designed, including feasible reactor heating devicestructure, motor frame structure, multilayer stirring blade structure, andestablishes a three-dimensional model and prototype trial.2、The flow field in the cavity of the reaction kettle heating sleeve has beenanalysed by a software called FLUENT. And the feasibility of reactor heatingdevice in the hardware structure has been verified by numerical analysismethods.3、According to the characteristics of the controlled object, the approximatemathematical model has been established and a fuzzy PID control algorithm hasbeen raised. In order to compare fuzzy PID with normal PID, a simulationexperiment has been done by MATLAB7.0Simulink,and the result shows that fuzzy PID control is better than the normal PID control that fuzzy PID can controlthe reactor temperature better.4、 According to the requirements of control system, a PC software fortemperature system of the device has been designed by Visual Basic6.0. |
