Vibratory roller as the basis of a necessary in modern engineering constructionand pavement rolling equipment. The vibration of single axis rotation roller arecommon, the vibration of the roller wheel vibration under the effect of vibration force,vibrator institutions is to adopt more eccentric block or eccentric shaft rotation, thisway has simple structure, such as single vibrator, double amplitude of eccentric blockstacking vibrator, amplitude of eccentric block transposed superposition vibrator,oscillating vibrator, etc. But these institutions only step amplitude modulation, and notconducive to realize the automatic control system. Generally available through theadoption of quantitative motor-variable pump drive way to finish the adjustment ofthe vibration frequency of the roller, and adjust its installation process control methodis more convenient than amplitude modulation.Stepless amplitude modulation frequency modulation design in this paper thevibration of the roller wheel, hydraulic control system adopts stepless amplitudemodulation rack cylinder-proportional valve structure, using the method of PIDcontrol, adopts PWM control signal input method, and write the corresponding controlprocedures. In this two high pressure relief valve discharge must be installed in thesystem with high pressure to protect system; Also fill valve installation, to compensatefor leaking loss of hydraulic oil, guarantee the normal work of the whole system.System also has a flush valve installation, make the whole system of the hydraulic oilcan get constantly updated, good heat dissipation, not only can clean oil system, thissystem had been achieved good level modulation frequency modulation function.In order to verify the design of roller stepless amplitude modulation frequency modulation function, set up a test bench for the various properties of vibratory wheelhas carried on the comprehensive experimental study. Through a variety of dataacquisition instrument, for all the performance data of the roller drum recordcollection, through analyzing these data, get the following conclusion:This topic design of roller would be able to realize stepless frequency modulationamplitude modulation function, and realize the changing rule of the amplitude of thetheoretical analysis and design, Reasonable in structure of this scheme is simple, won’tadd to the cost of the roller is too much, and can achieve the function of the expecteddemand. PLC control system based on PID and PWM control method, after thedebugging of multiple switch machine running, system is very stable, good meet thecontrol demand.
