| Vehicle acoustic package design plays an important role in Noise VibrationHarshness (NVH) design. In certain degree, acoustic package design can representthe technical strength of a vehicle company. Research on improvement of car interiorand exterior noise levels without changing the structure and components of thevehicle, becomes very valuable in NVH research. The paper perform acomprehensive study on acoustic package of a certain car, and obtain a series ofoptimization methods for acoustic package design, which plays an important role inengineering application.Firstly, the paper apply different methods to the different test samples, and testthe acoustic parameters of sample car’s acoustics package by different testequipments and tools. After obtain the acoustic parameters, the paper determine theacoustic characteristics of each acoustic package. In order to further optimize thepreliminary analysis, the paper find the acoustic package materials that need tofurther optimize one actual position by one actual position.The acoustic package parameter is input to parameter simulation software, thenput the simulation parameters to acoustic processing software, and made detailparameter optimization for the acoustic packet by Statistical Energy Analysisã€FiniteElement and Boundary Element Hybrid Algorithm. The paper made a feasibilityresearch on the optimized results in engineering applications. and obtain the finalconfirm actual optimization by confirming each optimized position.In order to examine the optimization results, test is operated on sample parts withimproved acoustic package, and analysis the test results, make judgment on theoptimal design.In this paper, a comprehensive study is apply to a certain car’s test and simulation,which provides a comprehensive research for a certain circle step of NVH ForwardDesign. The method can reduce the production cycle and become a process for a realcar design process, and has a certain reference value in actual NVH design. |
