In the process of subway operation, tunnel-structure will inevitably meet a series of diseases, which will affect the economic benefit of subway operation, comfort of passengers, safety and durability of tunnels. This paper, taking Nanjing Metro Line1and2as examples, analyzes some common diseases and treatment measures. In general, tunnel diseases mainly include uneven settlement, leakage water, fracture and ballast-uplift.Based on a large amount of acquisition and analysis on the data of the West extension line, this paper analyzes its tunnel diseases situation and checks the security of its tunnel structure by using the calculation method of the structural mechanics. This paper also introduces the tunnel diseases such as settlement and segment cracking, which are caused by external loading in the tunnel between Jinmalu station and Maqun station, and then describes their control measures in detail. This regulation project is a large, pressing and influential one. It requires a high level of skills and will provide valuable engineering experiences for Nanjing metro and the treatment measures of the similar tunnel-structure diseases in future. At last, this paper analyzes the various diseases appeared in the interval between Yurun station and yuantong station. As a result, it is considered that the geological environment and external construction are the main reasons for these diseases.Aimed at various common tunnel diseases, this paper considers the surrounding environmental conditions and other factors, analyzes the causes of the diseases, and summarizes the management experiences. Based on the author’s working practice, this paper also compares some tunnel reinforcement scheme and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the safety and efficiency of the metro. Under the big bend, wear small curvature radius place such as river, due to reasons such as supporting the inconvenience often leads to the segment installation quality is not high, ability to resist external force is reduced, the tunnel structure safety performance is relatively weak.For these sensitive section of the segment Suggestions such as the design appropriate increase strength, and increase the safety margin.To cross the railway lines, highways and other ground dynamic load big and important to strengthen deformation monitoring of tunnel structure, to find problems in time, the management of scientific and reasonable measures are taken in a timely manner.
