With the growth of national economy, the transport industry to the truck demand willcontinue to increase. In the development of transport industry at the same time, comfort,safety, low fuel consumption and environmental protection about the truck attentioned bymore and more users. Because the automobile lightweight technology is an important meansof saving fuel of cars, in order to ensure that can get more economic benefit driving safetyand transportation of goods in good condition, people pay more and more attention to thedesign and development of new lightweight suspension.Based on the commercial vehicle suspension on the domestic and foreign researchstatus, the commercial vehicle rear suspension were introduced and the development trend ofrear suspension with rubber spring was characteristic analysis, has been clear about theselected topic and the research content of this thesis, namely around the rubber auxiliaryspring rear suspension development project to carry out the "process and specification","system development and design","system of bench test","vehicle road test verification"research, the main contents are as follows:(1) The suspension development processes and standards necessary for suspension inthe development process of combing and summarizing, complete process formulationsuitable for commercial vehicle suspension development, according to the flow of each linkof suspension design made the corresponding design specification for supporting thedevelopment process, while the TOP-DOWN design idea into the engineering design set updesign specification, model parameterization.(2) The research work for medium truck rubber auxiliary spring rear suspension project,according to the commercial vehicle suspension flow and the norms established in theprevious chapter, solved the calculation problem, analysis and check of the suspensionsystem. In the project development, we first encountered the problem is that there is norubber auxiliary spring suspension development experience, especially the development ofrubber auxiliary spring assembly has no ready-made samples, new research needs all of thestructure and performance, so the design structure of various, model modification task isarduous, the motion of the suspension clearance check there is no basis for reference at the same time, development time is pressing, the traditional design method can not complete thetask. We through the idea of parameterized design model, analysis model by using computersoftware foundation to establish suspension systems and components, rubber auxiliary springvariety complete model for quick modification, rubber auxiliary spring performance analysis,performance analysis of suspension bracket, suspension system moving clearance checkwork.(3) To complete the rubber auxiliary spring rear suspension development results verifiedby bench test, the test content includes system static stiffness test, dynamic stiffness test andfatigue test. At the start of the experiment, we encountered the greatest difficulty is noready-made samples as reference, from the build, test objectives, test method to determinethe test bench test formulation and determine the work is new. After the comparison ofdesign repeatedly, eventually completed the test program set, and completed the test benchwork. The research content of this chapter is on the suspension of project developmentwork rubber auxiliary spring after further improvement, at the same time the theory ofdesign provides test data support, is of great significance to the similar design later.(4) On the rubber auxiliary spring, after the test vehicle suspension is studied road testverification, performance test and reliability test of the prototype from the angle and the puresteel spring suspension are compared, see rubber auxiliary spring rear suspension projectdevelopment according to the flow specification the formulation design finally began to testverification completed from the results, the whole process is very successful.
